Prenatal Planning
I’ve spent years walking alongside families as a doula, which means I get the big picture of how birth, recovery, and feeding all connect. I especially love working with families who don’t fit the ‘traditional’ mold. Queer parents, solo parents, poly families. Whoever you are, you deserve prenatal support that actually sees you.
-
Postpartum Support
My consults happen where real life does—at home, in your space, in the middle of the messy and the beautiful. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, whether that’s in your bed, on the couch, or the nursery floor. Every family deserves feeding support that feels safe, personal, and affirming.
-
Follow up
Feeding doesn’t stay the same and neither should your support. I’ll walk with you through every shift: those first tricky latches, navigating growth spurts, figuring out pumping, planning your return to work, even fighting your first clog. You don’t have to figure it out alone & I’ll be there the whole way.
No question about feeding your child is too small. If you're about to google spiral, it's time to book a visit.
This work is important to me.
We all deserve accessible, personalized, and compassionate feeding care no matter what your plan and goals are.
As a queer woman and solo parent by choice, I know what it’s like to have a family structure outside of the “norm.” My care is designed to honor and celebrate your unique family, not squeeze you into a box.

My comprehensive lactation support appointments last 60-90 minutes and include discussing your concerns, questions, and goals to ensure personalized care. I review your medical and feeding history to understand your unique situation, observe and assess feeding to identify challenges, and offer a weighted feed option to accurately measure how much your baby transfers. Throughout the visit, I provide education, share helpful resources, and make referrals as needed. Together, we create a tailored care plan to support your feeding journey with confidence and calm.
-

No issue is too small! Even if you aren’t having obvious issues, it can be helpful to get confirmation that feeding is going well and received some tips.
Possible feeding issues:

Preventing the spread of germs is very important to me. I wear a N95 mask to all appointments. I practice hand hygiene and wear gloves for any contact.
I will inform you if I am sick and need to reschedule. If you or anyone in your household is contagious, I ask you to let me know in advance and we will make an appropriate plan.
